Dr. Annie Pickering

Dr. Annie Pickering completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of British Columbia, after completing her undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Victoria. Dr. Pickering grew up in the small town of Brandon, Manitoba, but spent her summers in North Saanich, BC.
Dr. Pickering is an avid learner who loves her dynamic profession and takes great pride in her work. She ensures each patient is well informed and understands their personalized treatment plan. In addition to general dental procedures, Dr. Pickering offers nitrous oxide and oral sedation to improve patient comfort.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Pickering spends her time exploring the island by land or sea, brushing up her piano skills, and spending time with her puppy.
Dr. Cian Zybutz
General Dentist
Dr. Cian Zybutz hails from the Rocky Mountains – growing up in Calgary and slowly making her western migration through Kelowna & Vancouver to finally settle in Victoria, BC. She studied a bachelor of Physics at UBC & received her dental degree down under at the University of Sydney.
Dr. Zybutz enjoys her dental work with people of all ages, especially children. When she isn’t busy learning new techniques for preventing & treating dental issues, she enjoys fishing, camping & exploring the west coast.
Dr. David Johnson

Dr. David Johnson is dedicated to performing dentistry with compassion. At his core, he believes in caring for others whether they are here in the Westshore or in 3rd world nations.
Dr. Johnson is a gold-level Invisalign provider who enjoys providing his patients with cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Johnson is Victoria born, raised, and educated. He attended the University of Victoria before graduating from the University of British Columbia in 2008 with his degree in medical dentistry (DMD).
Since the start of his career, Dr. Johnson has worked to provide informed dentistry where he does his best to help patients understand their diagnosis. He has a warm and professional demeanor. He would be honoured to provide dentistry to your family through any of his dental clinics.
Dr. Laura Turner
General Dentist
Dr. Laura Turner was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, and first fell in love with Vancouver Island while completing her Bachelor of science in chemistry at UVic. She completed her dental degree at UBC and was excited to return to Victoria for good. Dr. Turner is an active member of the profession as part of the Editorial board for the BCDA, a member of the scientific committee for the Victoria and District Dental Society, and a past member of the quality assurance committee for the College of Dental Surgeons of BC.
Dr. Turner enjoys learning and exploring new treatments and techniques for preventative and restorative dental care. When she isn't busy in the office she enjoys spending time on the beautiful west coast beaches with her husband and son.
Dr. Su Xu
General Dentist
Dr. Su values open communication and gives every patient evidence-based treatment plans to suit their individual needs.
Dr. Su started his career as a Ph.D. candidate in Microbiology and Bioinformatics, he changed his path and decided to bring his talents to dentistry. Dr. Su received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Melbourne with honors. He is an active member of the BC Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry to keep up-to-date with the latest technology and treatment philosophy.
Dr. Su has an interest in Endodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Atraumatic Surgery, and Dental Anesthesia. He is still actively involved in microbial ecology research projects with his friends from University of California. Dr. Su enjoys volunteering, including with Alliance for Smile - a nonprofit organization that provides free surgical repairs for cleft lip and cleft palate.
When not at work, Dr. Su enjoys volunteering, photography, road trips, and scuba diving and is a retired rally car racer and motorcycle rider.
