Multiple Sedation Options
If the dentist causes you any level of anxiety, you may inquire about your sedation options. To ensure your comfort and a stress-free experience, we offer three effective sedation options tailored to your individual needs: Mild Nitrous Oxide (“laughing gas”), Mild-Moderate Oral Pills, and Moderate IV Sedation.
We will work with you to determine the most appropriate and safest sedation method for your specific treatment and comfort level.
Private Treatment Coordinator Room
Our treatment coordinators offer private one-on-one consults to give you all the information you will need to ensure that you understand what your dental professionals are discussing with you. They can help patients who have had past traumatic dental experiences overcome their dental fears and anxieties by discussing their treatment options in a quiet, comfortable room equipped with water, coffee and snacks. Our goal is to ensure that your whole family has the best dental experience possible and that you leave our office feeling confident in knowing more about your dental health.
Freezing Reversal
Life is busy outside of our office. Following any appointment which requires local anaesthetic (freezing), we are pleased to offer freezing reversal at no additional charge so that you can feel back to normal as quickly as possible.
Netflix in Every Room
We are happy to not only provide Netflix in our reception area for your child to watch while playing, but in every operatory. Ceiling-mounted HD televisions can be captioned, listened to, or both during your appointment.
Coffee Corner
Enjoy a coffee (or tea) while you wait for your child to finish their dental appointment or take one to go after your visit is done. We also offer coffee during our complementary one-on-one consultations with our treatment coordinators.
