Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Sometimes things come up and you’ll need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We require 2 full business days’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment or there will be a $125 fee applied to your account. This allows us to schedule other patients awaiting treatment and can save you missed appointment fees.
As a courtesy, we will email, text or phone to remind you of upcoming appointments a few days ahead of time.
Dental Insurance & Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)
The Canadian Dental Care Plan is accepted at Parkway Dental. As well as most private dental insurance carriers.
Our office will attempt to bill insurance directly whenever possible.
